I received a card in my letterbox (as opposed to put in the door, when a delivery was actually attempted) that advised my parcel was ready for delivery at Victoria Park Post Shop. I arrived there on 13th October to be told it wasn't there yet and to return the following day. I returned today and there was still no parcel so I was told to go to Bentley Delivery Centre. There were 3 Post Office staff in attendance at Victoria Park and none of them could tell me where Bentley Delivery Centre. One of the staff suggested I drive up and down Albany Highway and look for it as that's a main road so it should be there. I've been given the run around and believe Australia Post should educate their staff to provide the basic information required for customers.
