Worst company ever!, poor service, poor communication skill and worse of all, poor quality, they should not have a business doing kitchen cupboards because they are truly not capable of installing a functional, long lasting finished product. It has been almost a year and I still don't have a kitchen that is 100% finished or at the point where I can be happy with the quality of the of the work done. The owner of the company "Andre Albasani" is at the forefront of everything that is wrong with the company. Full of promises when he comes to meet you and arrives in his Land rover, but then nothing happens as it should, he is a complete liar and if you don't stay in contact with them you don't get any feedback or attention. Once paid he simply could not care less. They made use of a foreign national team who is completely useless, had to call them back at least 10 times and everything is still not correct, as soon as they try and fix 1 problem they create 3 new problems in the process. they don't have any educated foreman on site to make sure the work gets done properly, hence all the problems, if it wasn't for my father in law being at home I would have had even more problems. the incompetence of this company is so bad they could not even put the bracket that holds up the door level. and the granite tops we have was cut skew. complete amateurs I would not recommend this company to anyone, and there is honestly nothing positive I can share from my experience in dealing with them, especially when you deal with the owner trying to sort out their problems and he tells you they will come through and fix it, only to see on Facebook that they are closed for the year. Attached is some photos of some of the issues we had of which some are even worse now and others are not even sorted out, take note it is not even a year old yet, so their 5 year warranty is completely useless.
