I come to this place every so often and try to enjoy japaness raman, food is usually tasteful but envirnoment is bad, flies is flying around all the time, floor is dirty, and people always blocking the entrance way when there is open tables since waiter or waitress doesn't know about how to do their job? You can come in and leave with a bad mood, any days or times of the week, you can sit down at your table about 20 mins after and order your food then wait for another 30 mins for your food, there is no orders of who gets their food first, pretty much what is easier or faster to cook, they will be served first, and after you enjoy your food, you can stand in line for ten mins trying to pay your check or bill with everyone thats blcoking the door way, nice huh? And ya, you can pretty much tell when your food just waiting on the counter and all the staff exclude the cooks, seems to be pretending to be busy all the time, i would say probly good mangement that they have over this place, i usually dont try to be picky but come on, be professional..
