Turned my hair violet which they offered to fix (and the girl who did fix it did a good job) but then my top got stained with hair dye that was left on a chair :-(. Rang 4 days ago to complain - was told a manger would call me back - still waiting. Would not go here again and would not recommend it. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: They got back to me and told me they could give me a free cut, treatment and blowdry. When I asked about the damage to my clothing they said that if I could provide a receipt they would reimburse me. On Thursday 20th October I sent them a photo of the purchase of the top on my credit card and a photo of the top from the companies website - despite 2 further emails requesting acknowledgement it is now Tuesday 25th October and they are just ignoring the issue. Absolutely disgusting customer service - stay as far away from this place as possible!!!!
