The four best things about the Yoyo Hotel are the reasonable room rates and a well stocked supermarket located on the first floor of the building. The air conditioned room was spacious and clean. The staff is helpful, friendly and polite. Be sure to test the bed to make sure there is a mattress provided before renting the room. The room I rented had a bed with only a box springs. It was very hard and extremely uncomfortable. There was an extra charge for the use of a mattress. I refused to pay this additional fee and requested a place to hang my hammock. Management decided to provide a mattress without the additional charge. I recommend selecting a room at the rear of the building. It is best to be as far from the office and the stairway as possible. Noise pollution is very high. Loud voices and laughter are common at all hours. Staff and guests shout to one another in the hallway at all hours of the day and night. It is two in the morning as I write this review. Four people are standing in the hallway outside my room holding a festive conversation in loud echoing voices.
