When will they release motor bikes to the owners in Kaduna state? I respected the order given by the state government not to use motor bikes, but something happened at night where I live at kigo road, kaduna north LGA Kaduna, thieves came to my compound attempting to steal my bike that night as I live in the upstairs which there's no way for me to push the bike up. the following day in the evening time(7: 30pm) I decided to relocate the bike to my shop at Sabo, Kaduna south LGA, because my shop is more safer to keep the bike than my house in Kigo road, on my way going towards station round about, KADVS stopped me and collected the bike from my hand, I was there till the following morning begging and explaining to them what happened before I decided to relocate the bike, no one gave me attention, the only thing they said to me was that I have to give them the sum of N20, 000.00 that night for them to released the bike for me, as I was not with such amount of money, they released for some people that paid the money that night, no one cared to gave me a listening ear until one of them came to me that the commander send him to ask me how much I have with me, I told him that the only amount of money I had with me was the sum of N5000.00 only, he went inside and came back to me that the commander ask him to collect the N5000 from me that my bike will be released, I handed over the money to him, he went inside promised to push the bike outside for me, but to my greatest surprised, I didn't set my eyes on that guy again from that night till morning, as I went inside to complain, they chased me out and threatened to kill me there if I don't leave, I left them and go outside, right there in my present, they called KASTELEA and handed over the bike to which I don't think the bike reached KASTELEA office, because I went there three times but they refused me to see the bike. I loose my bike plus my money on top. Please we should know that kind of people we recruits to serve the public. Thanks
