Andre who responsible to our land in Mt.tawang very unprofessional and even Camille why because, my husband send an email to Andre that I will go to office for getting our land title so he asked him if the office is open during Saturday so Andre said yes but he didn't mention that he was off during that day, aside from that he didn't indorse our land title to his co office mate that I will come to get that papers, so now when I arrived in the office his not there because his day off and I saw Camille one of the staff there so I talk to her an ask her where Andre because he knows that I will come to get that paper she said she don't have idea an Andre today's off, then Camille call Andre telling that I am here I have an appointment to him but Andre telling me that why just now you arrive because the office already closed, imagine he didn't even ask me where I came from and yet the situation now it's very difficult because of the pandemic, currently we residing here in sta.rosa Laguna from South to North my traveling time like 12-13hrs imagine, then while I'm explaining my side he switched off his phone how stupid he is, then I talk to Camille that I want to talk to her manager but she said there's no manager, she doesn't allow me to talk to her manager, but she's talking to her manager and giving her instructions that they will send our land title by courier and they gonna shoulder all the expenses and they will reimburse my transportation, but truth is its not true they are a lier since Monday I keep waiting their call as they promise that they're going to send our land title but until now nothing I call them yesterday and I ask them what wrong how's the title of our land Andre said they not allowed to send our title and regarding with the transportation it's not true they're not gonna give me they just telling only just to subside my anger. I ask them that I want to talk to their manager but they said I had to send an email to him and he will forward my email to his manager and also Andre said that I need to thank to Camille because she entertain me for what?? Because of the lie I'm very disappointed and frustrated.
