Price Attack - Worst hairdressing experience of my life.

I attended Price Attack on Thursday 1st December for an intensive hair treatment and a simple blowdry and it was the WORST HAIRDRESSING EXPERIENCE I have ever had in my entire life. Having completed a 9 month course of Roaccutane only a few weeks prior, my hair is extremely dry, fragile, thinning and snapping off so I have been advised by my dermatologist to get it treated in a salon every 3-4 weeks, which I have adhered too. I attended the Price Attack salon at Bathurst 3 asks ago and they were so helpful and made my hair feel 100x better (hence why I thought Erina would do the same), well wasn't I wrong! I arrived for my 3pm appointment with Serena who was firstly 15 minutes late, I was then hastily asked to sit at the wash basin while an apprentice on her very first day washed my hair. It was the most un-relaxing wash I have had to date. She scalded my scalp with hot water, continuously pulled hair out with her rough technique and had no idea what shampoo to use on my hair, despite me advising her it was extremely sensitive. Serena (the apparently "qualified" hairdresser wasn't much better herself! Once the treatment had been in for 40 minutes (as opposed to the recommended 20 minutes) she finally discovered I had been sitting there unattended and decided to rinse my hair and take over from the apprentice. Upon blow drying my hair, Serena was rough and continued to pull harshly on my already red raw head with a brush. I was almost on the verge of tears and if the fact that my hair was snapping off all over the ground wasn't enough, Serena had the dryer on the hottest setting so my hair is now more burnt, lifeless, dry and dull then it was walking into the salon. Upon going to the counter to pay for the shitty service I had received, I was conveniently advised that it was going to come to a total of $85! Having had the exact same treatment 3 weeks prior at Bathurst Price Attack, I immediately questioned why it was so expensive as the Bathurst salon had only charged $30 for the exact same service. How on earth can you guys justify charging $55 for a blow dry when your staff are incompetent at even correctly blow drying someone's hair? I had received nothing but crappy service the whole hour and a half I was in this salon (including having my treatment done by a learner)!!! I may as well had just washed my own hair at home as I know it wouldn't have been the painful and upsetting experience I had in the salon. Shame on you Price Attack Erina. You have now lost a customer for life and I will be pursuing this complaint further as I have photos of my burnt scalp from the experience today to pass onto a complaint authority. I will never ever recommend anyone ever attend your salon or any other Price Attack stores
