We popped in for a bite to eat while Christmas shopping wish we hadn't. They got our order wrong and when it came and I told the waitress that this wasn't what we had ordered the waitress said that it was that was and that it was nice anyway! Then we had to listen while she spoke in a loud voice to another customer about how another member of staff had annoyed her. Really put a downer on our festive spirit, couldn't wait to leave.
