If it is possible to give this dormitory a zero or negative star I/we would. DO NOT LIVE IN THIS APARTMENT! WORST LANDLADY EVER! they are very greedy with money and have the worst attitude we have ever experienced. It may have the advantage of location if you are an EE reviewee but everyday, you will be stressed out staying in this apartment. You are not allowed to buy water (gallon) outside because you HAVE TO buy it from them for 50 pesos PER refill (not included in the contract). You are not allowed to bring friends of even family members inside your room/apartment. They scold you every now and then for making noticeable footsteps, where in contrast the landlady freely shouts EVERY SINGLE DAY! Expect a VERYYY EXPENSINVE computation and UNJUST computation of your electricity bill. they will squeeze every peso in your pocket trust me!
