Greedy landlady! You will go out of budget in this dormitory. Every move has a corresponding payment/fee. Excessive electricity bill (they compute it for you so you don't have a choice but pay even if its unjustifiable). Landlady is not friendly and always shouts. You will pay for the cleaning services before moving in (usually its the apartments responsibility to clean the room for the next tenant) and its not even clean. You have to redo it yourself. Landlady is not open to communicate. Every talk is one-sided. So many tenants have issues with this apartment but don't be fooled by the great location of this apartment if you are a upcoming reviewee in roxas.
