We hired Raath Renovations company last year to renovate the whole apartment, just before we will leave to work overseas, Before the work started on our place, we meet in apartment and discuss all the changes we want and what has to be done as well as we discussed the time frame that will take to finish the job. From the day one we had a problem with the company "owner" as he were never on the side, his workers was always late.Almost each delivery to the apartment was missed due to workers not being on side(they arrive late and leave well before 5pm. Every time there was issue we had to drive around the town, change and fix the issues.so job can be done in our place. We had to rent few times different place to stay and spend extra money because the place hasn't been done in timeframe promised. Not only that apartment wasn't finished before we had to leave overseas which lead us to not renting the place as we first intended.The whole place was done poorly and the finishes were staggering.Not only half of the job is still not done, the workers working on apartment destroyed and cut cable from fibre, they cut and didn't install properly an electric hub in the kitchen, and the cupboard that supposed to be finished doesn't even have shelfs.So do yourself an favour and avoid this company in all costs.!
