Vibsey's Resort - Needs improvement

Vibsey's Resort could have been a satisfactory place for an overnight stay (clean rooms and peaceful at night) MINUS the WATER INTERRUPTION that we experienced there coupled by an UNFRIENDLY RECEPTIONIST. I joined my relatives and friends at Vibsey’s Resort in Tagaytay on March 31 to April 1, 2017 for an overnight stay. We occupied 3 rooms. We woke up early in the morning only to get dismayed because THERE WAS NO WATER IN THE BATHROOM and we needed to check-out at 10am. Some of us were already in the middle of taking a shower when it happened... too bad. So, we cancelled our plan of going swimming that morning before going back to manila as we could not take a shower, anyway. We drove to another resort, about a kilometer away from Vibsey's, only to take a bath. During the night, we requested for additional pillows and blankets but the guard told us to wait awhile since the admin staff was still asleep. We waited but nothing was delivered to our rooms. Worst, the lady staff (on duty on March 31 to April 1) was very sarcastic. Everybody was complaining about her which added to our disappointment. SUGGESTIONS for improvement: 1. The resort should have a contingency measure in cases of water interruption. 2. There must be an admin staff on duty 24 hours to attend to guests' concerns. 3. Employ a personable receptionist or admin staff with PR skills - one who is client-oriented. 4. Learn to apologize in case of inconvenience and damages caused. Remember that the survival of a business greatly depends on clients' patronage and business integrity.
