This new company is shocking. We had to change our booking due to Covid & now tried to cancel our booking and asked for a refund. They do not do refunds one has to book for the next trip to redeem our money. I have been trying since March to get a reply from their CEO Hlengiwe Kheswa if the Aloe Train Festival 2022 will be running or not. Still no reply from her.
