Called in today for coffee and scone. Had to ask and be POINTED in direction of small stack of plates in corner. Then had to ask for the STRAWBERRY jam (most popular flavour) , as the container was completely empty. Female assistants were walking about and knew I had requested jam for myself and companions but for some reason the male assistant behind the counter making sandwiches was responsible for getting me the jam. Again I asked for the jam and was told" yeah I'm busy , I will get it " we then proceeded to the pay desk and got the coffee and asked again for the jam and the girl at the pay desk know nothing about jam for scones. Eventually the gentleman who was behind the hot food counter came over to the pay desk and scowled, as he was not happy at having to go into his apron pocket and take out 2 little pots of strawberry jam for his cuctomers. Needless to say the empty jam holder for paying customers was not replenished!!!!! After paying for this disgraceful service, we then walked through kiddies box meal containers , chips and debris and found a sort of clean table to sit at. This is my second visit and it was on a same par as my first. I will definitely not be making it a third. Horrible dirty chaos of a place. Debris all over the floor.
