I have been there a few times, despite not being satisfied, firstly with the unfriendly way of dealing with me as a customer, secondly, the hectic and rough work on my nails. The "nail designer" has hurt my nails a few times, cuticles as well as nails, that has bled; also she drew furthermore the grinder too deep and let get too hot. i pointed it out to her, she laughed and continued the same way. A professional nail designer should never behave like this. A very experienced friend of mine, a real nail designer, is outraged and found out that it is not gel but acrylic! That says it all, i don't need to go on here. Absolutely appalling to take advantage of customers like this and treat them so badly. Never again!
