Honestly, this is horrible. We had an event here. Not one direction to tell people how to get there. Lots of them got there too late. Nobody was there to welcome us. Rooms were not prepared. Staff only spoke French, not one word English, let alone Dutch. When asking something, nobody knew what to do. So we had to do it ourselves. Meeting rooms were awful and smelly. And if this is not enough, the 'manager' who finally was found after 1 hour turned out to be totally DRUNK!. This is just VERY VERY BAD. Very unprofessional. Never again. Such a pity, with customer minded and competent management, this could really be a great venue location...
