Civeo Coppabella Village - Run down facilities, rooms poorly housekept and messing adequite

Stayed in the old Mac Services run accommodation a few years back. Since then Mac has been bought out by Civeo and the level of service has suffered coincidentally like Civeo's share price. Over 6 stays since April I have had 1 truly clean room, mostly poorly cleaned en-suites with built up soap scum on showers/bathrooms and even twice finding hairs in bathrooms. Broken toilet roll racks, towel hangers and the such in numerous rooms. Used to have Foxtel to each room but that is now a rarity. Camp Gymnasium has regularly has broken exercise equipment that never seems to be fixed. Street lights regularly out rarely fixed, I had a mud guard stolen off my vehicle parked in a dim area that I couldn't avoid. Then there's the mess, shade of it's former self. They introduced this gimmick of ordering steaks cooked for your taste but the rest of the food has suffered, much less choice, lunch room has poor selection, mess staff chasing people down for taking the rubbish coffee (Bushells, rates about as good as International Roast) out of the mess. Staff are either very good or downright rude, no in between. If you want a carbon copy example of how to destroy a previously top notch brand this is a good example how. There are better Camps in the Coppabella area if you can put up with the train noise...
