Look into your staffs attitudes cos its one of the reasons why that festac branch is always empty. Last week , i came in and ordered for the combo package of double zinger burger with cheese , i even paid for extra cheese...lo and behold i got home and saw burger with single fillet and no cheese. Imagine that. I came in today 4/10/2017 with my family for an ice cream but my husband wanted the burger with pepsi but without ice cos he'd cold. The lady refused to sell cos according to her, she cant sell without putting ice and recommended the plastic which we rejected. A guy staff was even trying 2 explain and she kept ranting that he isn't the supervisor. We had the ice cream and left. I was so angry that i went back 2 confront her and that was when she told me that the supervisor has okayed the sale which she neither told us nor utter a word to us when we were leaving. As i came home,i remembered she didnt even machine the 1k i gave her for the cone ice cream. She just folded the money. I don't think we would ever return to that branch but look into your staff because of losing more customers. Cheers
