Lucy still has our deposit of over $1000, which we are now being forced to pursue via complaint to Consumer Affairs VIC. It is clear that Lucy has started another business offering Mindset Coaching - very disappointing that before doing this her previous outstanding business affairs have not been finalised as she seemed like a lovely genuine person in all our early dealings with her.
