Very bad experience, attended only few times several months ago and ended up worse with more pain after going to this place. STILL in pain and discomfort. I had specifically advised I did not want any manipulations/adjustments and was told other alternatives were possible. This doctor as she calls herself in fact without my knowledge or consent made adjustments to my back when I had attended with only some tailbone pain. Later once the damage had occurred, found out that what was performed on me was quite a savage drop table adjustment on my spine and hips. I suffer from extreme pain and nerve issues now. None of which concerned Dr Zara in the slightest this must be "normal" and common thing. Irresponsible and unethical to say the least. My calls and emails were ignored. Refused to give me my medical records in order to get treatment elsewhere as I was in such pain. This doctor did not care and finally once I did received the records, they were incomplete and not mentioning the drop table which she was not supposed to do. This negligence has taken me away from my young baby, my work and other activities and severely impacted on my well being in general. No follow up or concerned shown. Should have known and thought twice when towards the end of my consultation the only thing that Dr Zara seemed to be interested in was "How much money I was wanting to spend" and made suggested treatments to the value of $5k! And tried to get it all upfront! Unprofessional, Unethical, Ridiculous.
