i walked to this place approximately 6.30 pm with my clique, not so many customers around and i can tell you it's really not peak hour. soon after order 1 glass of peppermint herbal tea, a cup of green tea with dishes mee hoon kueh soup and a side dish bread. we waited for 30 minutes without any drink coming. i asked the waiter where's our order and he came to me with a menu ffs! i already ordered!! after hear that a minute later the waiter came and said to me there's no mee hoon kueh??! after half and hour waited with no drinks and all, he just said no mee hoon kueh at the moment. just like that. slow services!! no sop no follow up no nothing! the incident happened today. 21st january 2018, 6.30 pm to 7.00pm
