I have 2 units here and 2 parking. I have stayed for more than a month (45 days) in one of my unit last Dec at Bldg 1 and sooo disappointed to know that there was no one maintaining cleanliness. Building 1 is filthy, not even once in my entire stay they clean the hallway. I spent 5 big baygon insect spray in my entire stay , I have all the cleaning tools / disinfectant tools just to get rid of crawling insects but to no avail. Those crawling insects comes from the exhaust fan in the toilet. They concentrate cleaning only the clubhouse for clients to see how nice this place is. Yes I agree the location is great, but how can you be comfortable to stay in a filthy place? I feel I wasted my hard earned money for years! This review is for the Administrator of THE AVENUE RESIDENCES to take action. Please go out in your office and check inside all buildings, hallways , garbage. Your personality affects how you manage! You need to fumigate this place!

I ignored my unit in Bldg 1, maybe I will rent it out. They focus on the new bldgs so got another unit. This is midrise condo that's why I love it here(im not comfortable wt high rise bldgs) . Very nice location, close to everything and the security is superb! I just hope admin here will focus on cleanliness.
