A few common terms these people use are: 100% when assuring you about something. Two weeks I promise. Family emergency, staff are letting me down, I employ idiots. Also, incorrect trailer photos which are not your trailer. This happened twice to some people before they woke up and decided to confront these people. Don't be afraid of them, they will try anything to keep your money. Turn up, don't accept excuses and demand for your money to be refunded on the spot, not later that day or this afternoon, within the hour with a printed receipt. Have your bank account details ready to go. No excuses as they are all lies. Anything said MUST be backed up by physical evidence or your money back. Common excuses, the trailer is off-site due to spray painting, sand blasting, inspection station, at a mate's place but he doesn't have the address. That's okay, just give a full refund and we will walk away.

Macleay Trailers are a Pyramid Scheme- the end. The game: extract as many deposits out of unsuspecting customers, and drip feed the odd trailer or refund as required, BUT rely on their terms and conditions to retain 20% of the full agreed price of the trailer. In otherw ords: pick up 20% of the quoted price to do NOTHING! Total grubs. STAY AWAY. Brad and Sarah are complete frauds. Their trailers are also non ADR compliant at 3500kg. Supply incorrectly rated wheels, tyres, axles, and then the draw bar is 100 x 50mm not the required 150 x 50mm for 3500kg. Contact Mechanical Engineer Peter Gillard. Go to NCAT and prosecute under the Australian Consumer Law. Pathetic liars that will tell you ANYTHING but the truth.
