My name is Aubrey Milanzi, a South Africa, from Johannesburg. I booked and bought a ticket number 321923 to Lilongwe, Malawi, from Johannesburg. I told ur staff I have a business meeting there to take place on Monday. They told me to buy a ticket for a Saturday the 8th October, 2023, leaving at 09: 00am. But instead the bus left at 16: 00 and arrived at the Mwanza Border in Malawi at about14: 26 We are still stuck at the border as am typing this review. I have missed the business meeting, lossing about R500, 000.00. Your staff convinced me to save money by taking ur bus not a plane. They are the most corrupt and unruly bus staff I have never seen before before. I ll never ever recommend ur bus Sir.All the way from South Africa they keep on stopping and loading illigal goods and passengers. They just stop anywhere without informing the passengers and disappear. If ur have a trecker for ur bus Registration number CA 273-062, pls check it's movement.I dont even know when am I reaching my destination destination since we are still at Mwanza border. I ll report you guys to the DTI and the Media in South Africa. Thank you
