I recently had the misfortune of purchasing a property through Duncan Bruwer. The service was sub par to say the least. He refused to answer questions once the OTP was made instead directing all queries to lawyers. On hand over of keys when there were clear issues (such as the inability to secure the property due to damage post OTP) Duncan said he would contact the seller about rapid resolution. I ended up having to contact the seller myself as Duncan emailed the seller and did not have the proficiency of phoning to ensure rapid resolution. If you are a buyer I doubt his trustworthiness. If you are a seller I doubt his competence. Save yourself the misfortune and select an alternative agent.
