There is a lady at the front desk who is way moody for her age. On other days she is happy on other days she is loud. She had her people. When people like me ask for assistance she uses hand gestures and other people she gets up to assist them. I have been to all Jack's gyms but for a for t dealer to act like she owns Jack's gym?? Too low. Teach your staff professionalism.
