I had an apointment the nail tech did my nails i told her afterwards i wasnt happy she said she couldnt do it any other way i was suppose to still do my toes but got up paid for my nails and left i also have pictures to confirm this and after paying the lady she said she couldnt provide me with a slip this is the worst service i have had and would suggest they close their doors as i dont see how they can have customers pay and be okay when their not happy with their nails and on top of everything the nail tech filed into the skin of my nail leaving it so sore, sensitive and with the nail pressing on top of it
