Let this serve as a warning to everyone who wishes to rent at either 872 and/or 877 Kasipagan Street, Plainview Mandaluyong City. The landlord here is not approachable at all. If you raise any issues to them, they will just ignore you. Plus, they are overcharging their tenants for unnecessary stuff. In my opinion, this is their tactic so that you will leave the place and with this, you won't get the refund for the security deposit. I have heard rumors that they are notorious for not returning the security deposit. They will invent issues with you so that you will look like you are not entitled to receive the security deposit. It was once tagged as "PAUPAHAN NG DEMONYO" in Google Maps. So beware people.
