Beware of this groomer! I have only ever been kind to Samantha. I've gone to her for a number of years ever since she started her Spaws business taking it over from a friend of mine who ran it in the past. Don't ever kindly tell her you appreciate her and her work and ask her if she could cut the dog shorter ( our dog has been a regular at Spaws so Samantha knows from pictures I've sent her in the past from her own previous grooming sessions ) because she left her much too long ( not the same as she's cut her hair regularly in the past ). She starts criticizing you as the customer, spews lies and tells you you are the problem. Samantha cares about only one thing! Making money no matter what the cost! She doesn't care about you as the customer! She gets on the defense no matter how kind you are and starts attacking you! She then tells you to go somewhere else! She is not there for you but for herself! Unfortunately this site forces me to give a star rating. I'd give this owner and business a rating in the negative numbers if it allowed me to.
