Good evening, my name is Mr Pop. On this day 21 November 2022, at around 18: 24 I dialed 112 requesting an ambulance for my daughter, staying at 1490 Uittog Avenue, Geluksdal. My daughter was seen during the day by a nurse from the Geluksdal clinic because of high fever and cold fever. Her stitches she received after birth came loose and she could not walk. At around 19: 21 I received a call from the lady in the ambulance that they are leaving PHOLOSONG hospital and needed directions, which I gave. On arriving the driver pulled the ambulance in my yard and he saw a dog and told me he is not getting out of the ambulance if the dog is not tied up. I told him there is nothing to fear as my dog was harmless with me outside. He hesitated for ten minutes when the lady accompanying him got out and walked in my house. Whe they entered my daughter walked out of the bedroom slowly, she did not even speak yet why they were called then the guy said that if she can walk its not an emergency, then the lady stated laughing and in her mother tongue said that Realy this is not an emergency if she can walk she could have walked to the hospital. Of which I became angry. Their attitude was so bad she started laughing again and said this is not an emergency. I then told them that I am laying a complaint bacause of the attitude, she said that she can also phone her supervisor and tell the supervisor this was not an emergency. The guy then said they can't take her. She was still on the phone and they left. As they left the lady then laughed again out lous and told the guy in their language that this was just a waste of time. I then told them I will report this and they just laughed and drove off without the patient. I immediately called the call Centre again through 112 and asked to speak to the person in charge. He could not take my call because his line was busy. They lady at call Centre then asked for my number and said he will call me back. Surely he did camm me back.i explained the situation to him and he told me that their supervisor told him that they were scared of the dog and we did not want to tie up the dog that's why they did not enter.
