Hilton Labriz, Bel Ombre - Appalling service and attitude

Appalling service and attitude. Having spent a very pleasant week at the hotel we were booked to transfer from the hotel to the jetty and then by car to the airport - all organized through Hilton. Ferry transfer went ok, but then no communication at the jetty. When I asked about our car transfer was told they had arranged it for 2 hours later "so we could relax at the jetty"! That would have got us to the airport after the recommended check-in time, which they were aware of. Politely asked for the car to be brought forward. Had to chase three times to find where the car was, the response was not friendly. As we were waiting I asked for some water, which was provided FREE at the hotel. Exactly the same water so assumed it would also be free, But oh no, they insisted on charging, as the car arrived! Then had to wait for 10 mins while they got their card machine to work. The attitude throughout was surly and unfriendly. Took the gloss off what was otherwise an enjoyable stay. I hope somebody at the Hilton reads this and sorts out the poor service at their gateway to an otherwise great hotel.
