They serve their own kind first, i ordered same time as others sitting beside us and we waited half an hour afta, after approaching one of their staff memberes who came with our order promptly two of our drinks came except for one it has been 48 minutes and no drink. I think their very onesided especially because we are of asian decent alot of the other non arab races wernt served promptly either. Very disapointed would be a much better place if it wasnt the lack of customer service priority luckily their shisha is great and saves them.

I agree i have had the worst customer service i have ever experienced. They do not know how to give any sort of resolution to unhappy customers so they ban you from eating there. Dissapointed as it is my local but plenty of better quality and service resturants close by. No loss.
