We did our research and we’re so excited for this tour to reminisce the one we did 14 years ago when my daughter was 8. We sat waiting to be picked up for an hour, the reception at our hotel called to see where they were and they said it had been postponed until tomorrow. So today we did the same thing - waited for an hour, when reception called them they said it had been cancelled. No explanation no nothing. The disappointment not doing the tour was bad enough, but because of the late notice, we weren’t able to book anything else before we fly out in two days time, not even a hire car is available. Thanks for wasting our time and ruining our holiday. Do NOT trust these people, you will be beyond disappointed.
