This is not good news. I am also waiting on the return of my deposit from my rental in November. The last communication with them said it would be processed on the 21st February. It has not. I have just written to them again asking when it will be returned. I am visiting Dubai again this week (renting from AVIS this time). I will submit a complaint to Dubai Police if they do not respond by tomorrow.
