I sent a parcel from Abuja to Ekpoma through Big Joe Transport with the believe that it will be delivered safely, only fir the driver to take the parcel to warri with the excuse that no one is in their office in ekpoma that we have to wait till Sunday but when the person that was supposed to receive the parcel get to the big Joe office at Ekpoma, he met some person's there which claim that the driver never came to the office. It's so bad
