We booked a panama canal tour. Pick up time was 4am to 5am. We are a group of 6 waited for 3 hrs until 7 am! No show. No call. Totally disgusting. We booked thru our Sunwing Airline Agent in Panama. Paid already. Our holiday is spoilt. Very upset over this kind of service. Pls book your trips thru the hotel you are staying. I believe you will have better results than this.
