There is no ventilation system in the rooms, so mold accumulates, there are bedbugs in the building, which I tried to destroy, but they still appear due to the neglect of the building. There are rats in the building, which not only scare you but also prevent you from sleeping. The toilets are dirty, full of mold and dust. Showers sometimes work sometimes not. Hot water sometimes available sometimes not. There is smoking and drinking in the rooms, so there is noise at night. When trying to solve problems with the owner of the house, he kept promising to change everything, but nothing changes. It is a terrible and injurious building. I had paid a deposit, it disappeared somewhere. To protect your nerves and health, I would advise you to avoid this building as far as possible. I hope my observations will help you
