Over a period of visits, this is clearly a facility with staff who do not have any understanding of the importance of meeting the holistic needs of a patient. Basic care and compassion for another human being was not demonstrated and rude comments was witnessed as the way to deal with a patient's anxiety They did not display the ability to show empathy to the patient within the experience nor understand that when a patient is severely unwell over a period of time that it affects their emotional well-being and that they become extremely distressed. Shocking to witness the refusal to offer assistance to a patient with a physical disability. Pretty sad to see that nurses with that work ethic.
