STAY AWAY! I booked through messenger. I sent the exact dates, 3 nights and 4 days. We told our kids we will be there for 4 days. We packed for 4 days. Only to be told the 1st day we were there that they made an "honest mistake" that we just got booked for 2 nights instead of 3. Their mistake and we have to suffer! They want us to pay for another night. Then the room next to us was also being asked to pay more, the lady argued she was fully paid because they paid the discounted rate. So it does appear to be a BAIT AND SWITCH modus operandi. Where they will quote you a low amount to grab it, then will be told that the quote was wrong. The room was too small. The bathroom was stinky. The toilet was severely stained and looked yucky. The snorkeling equipment that you have to rent doesn't work, you can barely see through them, they don't seal up and they are MOLDLY! The "island hopping" is misleading because it is just a tour around the island. Everything about the resort is disappointing except employees were nice and they serve decent food initially. Other locals we talked to also attest that Pansacola Resort receives a lot of complaints from vacationers. Choose other resort! Stay away from Pansacola Beach Resort if you want to truly enjoy your vacation!
