Today Thursday 8th October 2020, at approximately 2:40pm I went to the clinic to get some medical attention. The doctor refused to see me. He gave the excuse saying that he received "directive" from Universiti Utara Malaysia(UUM) not to treat anyone coming from UUM. This clinic is a Panel Clinic of UUM and I am a dependent of one of UUM staffs. When I checked with UUM, there is no such directive.
