I used to visit your store in Lullu mall and panampally nagar, Kochi since the last 3 years. The collection of books and ambience used to be excellent. Over the last 3 years I had purchased books worth thousands of rupees. Recently, it seems the attitude of some of the staff members in Lullu mall branch has changed much. They appears very indifferent and not bothered about the customers request, even during non peak hours. When I requested a staff to check the availability of a particular book in your catalogue, he straight away refused. This book I have seen in one of the shelves few weeks back. I am senior consultant doctor who have been abroad (U.K) for many years and when I relocated back to Kerala, I was a actually delighted to see a book stall in par with many renowned book stalls in U.K. kindlly look into the matter and try to restore the previous high standard.
