Absolutely diabolical. Happy enough when trying to make the sale but absolutely useless when it comes to complaints. I was sold a router and internet for what I was told would be 250tl a month. After 1 month, was presented with a bill for 700tl. Despite asking at the time I purchased how much do I pay today and being told nothing you pay when your month is up, I’m now being told it’s actually 394tl a month and that I have a weeks worth that I need to pay on top of that which is the 700tl. The math isn’t mathing for one and secondly, I cannot believe the girls response when I told her I cannot pay 394 tl a month. Her response was if you can or can’t pay doesn’t concern me. Great customer service and great problem solving initiative. As a customer I do not feel valued whatsoever and do not appreciate being lied to as now I’m stuck with internet that is appalling and I can’t even use it’s so slow for 12 months and absolutely no help to resolve the issue. Instead she walked out and sat under a tree.
