The owner and management are scamers, and they ask you to pay a deposit first before they show you the contract. Here is my story with this terrible place, they asked me to pay $$$500 dollars deposits, and when I brought all my belongings to move on the agreed day, they told me I'm not allowed to invite any person to visit, I have to pay an extra $$$90 for the cleaning, no one is allowed to use the shity little pool they have on top, including a rusty gym with two machines. When I told them you never told me all these rules before, they refused to refund me my deposit. They make money from taking people's deposits and not rent to them. Be aware of these scamers. When I phoned the owner of the building, he refused to refund me as well, so he is part of the scam, too.
