Visited this cafe at Funtasia during summer holidays. Waited patiently in a long queue after asking for some coffees, only to get directed to main till. After 25 min in queue, as I reach the person who takes orders I get told, they are too busy and won't be able to make my coffee's as there were at least a dozen children behind us that would be ordering food. Now ofcourse, you need to feed the kiddos, that's not the point of this post. When I originally asked for cofees and got directed to long queue, if the person had just informed me then, I wouldn't have waisted 25 minutes waiting patiently in queues only to not be served when I approached said person taking the orders. I get it.my business is not important to Mint, therefore I'll take it elsewhere. Have always supported them whenever at Funtasia, but no longer.
