I had a bad experience with Keltic Renewables, and I want to share my dissatisfaction with their service. The work they did was not up to par, and it left us really disappointed. We had to write this review to express our grievances. Our main concern was that the quality of the work didn't meet our expectations. We asked for a full refund, but they only agreed to give us a partial refund of €1500 instead of the €4000 we proposed. When we asked about this, their response was unprofessional and dismissive. Overall, Keltic Renewables is good at selling their services, but they lack proficiency in their core skills and after-sales service. This experience has left us very unsatisfied and disillusioned with the company. I would advise others to think carefully before using Keltic Renewables. Our dissatisfaction with their work, the insufficient compensation, and the dismissive response we received when we raised our concerns have given us a negative impression of this company.
