I used them as a Agent to rend out my house and every time with all my tenants break there contract by leaving like five mounts before the end of contract and not collect the rend for two months before as I'm the landlord with all the excuses and story's i believed them and they done nothing and the same happened with the next tenant and the next.After a month ore two they got the current tenants and after eight month i the landlord cancelled my contract with South Coast Premium Properties and they (Chantell) fors me to pay her the out standing agent fee up to the end of contract that i did payed in full , And sins then my current tenant try to get her R10, 000 deposit back from Chantell its been one year and the same excuses ( my child is sick or in hospital ) and then they will not respond to your calls. Please i want to warn the next people that they are not good people

We rented a house from Alecia Potter aka Chantel and we arrived and the house was not in a condition to live in, doors had no locks windows no latches, no shower heads, stove trips house when put on, pool green, grass knee high, holes in the walls trees overgrown, broken wash line etc etc she took us for R19000.00 and refuses to pay us our money back. She's a crook who rents out houses without checking them. Don't ever use South coast properties they don't even have offices on the South Coast she lives in Joburg
