Ticketbook - Gross overcharge

After two cancelled Easy Jet flights, in desparation to get home for an urgent medical appointment, asked for help from this company. They arranged a flight on KLM for my wife and I and charged me 1564 euros. Since then I have discovered the flight we were on should have cost 1180 euros which is the standard full economy fare. They also booked me a hotel at a cost of 332 euros, where in fact the room should have cost 125 euros. A total overcharge of 591 euros. We feel they took advantage of two stressed 75 yr olds who had been stranded in Schiphol for 48 hrs to make an exhorbitant profit. They have not responded to my emails regarding this matter. Avoid this company at all costs!
