My wife and I signed a contract to purchase a condo at the Royal Kahal. The contract had a refundable deposit. When we asked for our deposit back, they refused. The developer came up with a bunch of excuses why, even though we were within the refundable period, they would not give us the deposit back. Do not trust them. I think they kept our deposit because they are running out of money to finish the project.
