They are not a good company to rent from for many reasons. They lack communication, they will charge you for everything, they do not follow the RTA rules and regulations they make their own. Document everything with them down to the last nail in the wall! Be prepared to pay for everything- $$$1000 and up for moving out with them. Absolute crooks.
